What type of car seat do you use?
We provide you with approved seats, most of them with the isofix system to guarantee the best protection for your child.
Do you have back-to-back infant seats and forward-facing seats?
We can provide you with the appropriate seat(s) according to the age and weight of your children if you wish. You can provide your own infant / child car seat, we cannot keep the infant / child seat if you need it on your return journey if you do not wish to take it on holiday. You must take it with you. Some people, for example, like to take their infant car seat on holiday if it can be attached to their travel system.
Do you provide seats for older children?
We can provide you with up to 3 adapted seats depending on the age of your children. 
If you require 1 or 2 seats and booster seats please mention this option on your booking form.
What makes you different from a Taxi or VTC service?
We provide child car seats to give you peace of mind, your child will have more security during their journey.
Do you charge extra for the use of car seats?
No supplement will be charged for the use of a maximum of 2 car seats and 2 baby seats during your transfer, whether facing forwards or backwards. 
How much luggage can I take with me?
We adapt the vehicles according to your request. Therefore, there is enough space for one suitcase per person and prams. 
Can I book a Taxi with a baby seat in other destinations?
We will soon be adding some destinations in France and major European cities to our online booking service,
Do you only provide transfers for families?
We do transfers for everyone. We adapt the vehicles according to your request, so there is plenty of room for your luggage, even if this includes equipment such as golf bags or skis. See our quotation page for more details and to get a quote.
How do I make a reservation?
Please follow the instructions on our "Contact/Prices" webpage. You will need to enter the following information: pick-up address, destination, flight details, number of adults and children and child car seats required. How can I pay for my booking?
Payment can be made directly to the driver. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro and Mastercard with the sending of a secure link, you have the possibility to pay the total amount or to pay a deposit. 
How do you confirm my booking?
Once you have booked a babycab, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email, including a booking reference.
Do you re-confirm my booking before departure?
Once you have a booking reference from us, it is not necessary to reconfirm the booking before departure.
Do I need to take my confirmation with me?
Please print your booking confirmation with its unique reference number. You will need to show this to your Driver before boarding the vehicle. You can show your Driver the confirmation email on your mobile phone.
Where is the pick-up and drop-off?
Enter the date and time, the pick-up location and your exact destination address when booking. Our drivers offer you a door-to-door service. However, please note that under certain circumstances this may not be possible if access is restricted. If restrictions apply, you will be picked up and dropped off at the nearest accessible point.
How long will the journey take?
Travel times may vary depending on various factors, such as road works, local road closures, roundabouts and traffic, and demonstrations. Travel times may be longer than expected.
What should I do if I need to change my booking times / dates?
You can change your booking by contacting us by email or phone or Watsapp 0033608577583 at least 24 hours before departure.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, there will be no cancellation fee if a cancellation is communicated to us 24 hours before the first departure and you will receive a full refund. All cancellations received with 24 hours notice or less will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
What if I lose something in your vehicle?
Please contact us to verify that your lost items have been found and stored in our offices. We cannot be held responsible for goods left in our vehicles. Make sure you have holiday insurance. 
What insurance cover do you have?
We have professional liability insurance. However, we recommend that you obtain travel insurance for your trip if you are going abroad.
